INFORMATION
Within the UK.
Packages of up to 2kg in weight will be sent by First Class
Mail. Parcels of over 2kg will be sent by courier. We always obtain Proof of
Posting for items sent by Royal Mail. Ceramics are insured against loss but
cannot be insured against breakage. If your purchase arrives damaged please
retain all packaging and sign ‘damaged’ on any delivery documents.
We cannot take responsibility for items unable to be delivered because of incorrect
or inadequate addresses.
Small packages sent by Royal Mail should normally be delivered next day and
those sent by courier within 3 working days. Where items are required urgently,
they can be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
(weekends excluded) at extra cost.
